Plymouth voters have gone to the polls twice to authorize the City of Plymouth to issue bonds to buy open space for preservation and parks.

Plymouth has Minnesota’s fourth largest economy, as measured in gross business sales by the Minnesota Department of Revenue. Only Minneapolis, St. Paul and Bloomington show more gross business sales.
